    This Help file documents the features and usage of ArcThemALL!

   You can access Help from the interface:

Click icon    About >> Help

   Or, open Help.chm from the application folder.

   You may also use online WebHelp.

   To learn about a specific feature or function,

choose from the Contents or Index tab at the left,
or select the Search tab and enter a key-word to find.
(Search function will not work for WebHelp if JavaScript is disabled.)

   You can use links at top of pages to jump to previous or next topic.

    Please refer to the ReadMe file for the latest development details about the software.
