    MODALITY

   COMPRESSION METHOD

   LZMA  (default)

High compression ratio, fast decompression.

   LZMA2

Based on LZMA, with better multi-threading support.

Compression ratio degrades slightly if using more than 2 CPU threads, but speed will increase greatly.

   PPMd

High compression ratio, fast processing speed.

Especially recommended for textual files.

   Bzip2

Good compression ratio, good processing speed.

   COMPRESSION LEVEL

   Fast

Less compression, shorter processing time.

Suitable for multimedia files already naturally compressed
(e.g.  jpg, gif, png, mp3, mp4, mpg, vob, avi)

   Normal

Good compression

   Maximum  (default)

High compression, longer processing time.

   Ultra

Highest compression, longest processing time,

most memory usage  (up to 5x the usage for "normal")

    EXTRA

   Create 7Z self-extracting archives

While this setting is active, all 7Z archives will be created as SFX.

This creates a Win32 executable (.exe), adding about 80 kb to file size.  When the exe is launched, its contents extract automatically; no decompression utility is needed.

When extracting, the user is prompted to specify the target directory.  If duplicate files exist there, a dialog asks whether to over-write, skip the file(s), auto-rename all extracted duplicates, or to cancel extraction.
